The state-owned company "ADIF - Alta Velocidad" (Adif - High Speed) undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September, on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications.

ILUNION Accessibility has carried out an accessibility audit of the Adif - Alta Velocidad website, in order to certify its compliance with level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG 2.1) published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as well as with the requirements to satisfy Standard UNE 301 549:2018, also at level AA.

This website is partially compliant with RD 1112/2018 due to exceptions and a lack of conformity with the following aspects.


ILUNION Accessibility certifies, on 27 June 2022, that the Adif - Alta Velocidad website is partially compliant with level Double A according to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 of the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium, although the following obstacles have been detected:

  • There are images whose textual description must be reviewed.
  • In some cases the header structure is incorrect.
  • On some pages the color contrast needs to be checked.
  • There are problems displaying the content when enlarging the text or zooming in.
  • There are problems with keyboard navigation.
  • In some cases, there is inappropriate use of section titles.
  • In some cases, interaction with assistive technologies should be reviewed.

Application procedure.

If, once a request for accessible information or complaint has been made and has been rejected, and the person concerned does not agree with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in Article 12.5, the person concerned may initiate a formal complaint. Likewise, a formal complaint may be initiated in the event that the period of twenty business days has elapsed without having received a response.

The formal complaint can be filed through the Generic Request from the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as via the other options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
 
Claims will be received and processed by the General Subdirectorate for Service Inspection of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.
