Map of the Spanish railway network

The railway network is a system of different gauges, where routes are determined by transport needs. The concept of a “line” applies to projects undertaken by Adif Alta Velocidad, which involve the construction of new routes and encompass their entire administrative and development process, from the initial project phases to their commissioning.
Accordingly, the attached map shows the railway network as a whole, illustrating everything from the layout of the tracks—with specific layers for the standard, Iberian, metric, and mixed gauges (with a third rail)—to sections that are single or double track, under renovation or under construction, as well as the stations.
The side menu provides access to the characteristics and location of the lines built by Adif Alta Velocidad, which are included on the map.
