NEW ATOCHA - CHAMARTÍN HIGH-SPEED CONNECTION TUNNEL
The platform works for the extension of the Atocha - Torrejón de Velasco section, which will optimize the operation of the tunnel, have received European funds over the period 2007-2013 through the Cohesion Fund, within the Operational Program for Cohesion Policy Funding - ERDF, for an amount of 187.7 million euros.
MEDITERRANEAN CORRIDOR
During the period 2007-2013, TEN-T (Trans-European Transport Networks) co-financed the construction of the Mediterranean Corridor connection to he Madrid - Barcelona - French border high-speed line: Vandellós - Tarragona Area section, with a funding of 21.3 million euros (18.7 million euros correspond to the funding received by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda).
