According to what is established in this regard in Law 27/2006, which regulates the rights of access to information on environmental matters, and based on the Management Entrustment Agreement, Adif-AV (Adif-High Speed) is the interlocutor before the administrative environmental organizations at community, state, regional and local level. At the same time, Adif-AV is responsible in this regard in relation to individuals and official bodies that submit requests for information and/or demands for environmental actions.
