Public employment offer (OEP)

Adif and Adif AV are boosting their strategic generational replacement plan with the launch of the 2025 Public Employment Offer (OEP), which will allow the incorporation of 1,048 professionals: 1,037 in Adif and 11 in Adif AV. 

Of the total positions offered in this call, 764, or 73% of the total, correspond to operational personnel. 68 positions are being offered in the technician category (6% of the total), and in the technical officer category, a total of 216 vacancies are available (21% of the total).

The call includes more than 30 professional profiles, in very diverse fields. In terms of operational staff, this category includes roles such as electrical installers, railway assistants, telecommunications technicians, draftspeople, administrative staff, and train drivers, among others. The technician and technical staff categories include profiles in the legal, economic, various engineering, architectural, and other fields.

The Adif-FFE Campus is a collaborative environment open to all companies and entities in the railway sector, including universities and research centres. Adif uses the Campus to make a large part of their internal training program available to companies within the sector with the aim of contributing to the development of their professional staff and to improve the sector's competitiveness by means of ongoing high level training and sharing knowledge.
