Adif Acerca: accessibility at passenger stations

  • What is this service?

    It is a personalised assistance and support service for people with disabilities and/or reduced mobility who are traveling by train through Adif and Adif AV stations where the service is available.

  • What does it consist of?

    We welcome travellers at the designated meeting point in the departure station, assist them in making their way through the station, boarding the train and finding their seats, and meet them at the designated spot in the arrival station, accompanying them to the pre-arranged location.

  • When and how to request this

    It can be requested when purchasing a ticket and, afterwards, through the operators or directly at the stations. Sign in to learn about all the possibilities.
