Code of Ethics of Adif - Alta Velocidad (Adif - High Speed)

The Adif-AV (Adif-High Speed) Code of Ethics, approved by the Board of Directors, aims to formalize the expected guidelines of integrity, responsibility and transparency for all the people who work at Adif-AV, in the day-to-day performance of their duties and in their professional relationships.

The Code of Ethics intends to translate the corporate values and principles of Adif-AV into desired behaviors, taking as a starting point the culture of the organization, the applicable legislation and the entity's commitment to ethics and transparency.

Ethics Channel

The Ethics Channel is the communication channel between Adif-AV (Adif - High Speed) and its stakeholders, as well as with society in general so that anyone can report possible breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Only those notifications related to Adif-AV's Code of Ethics and Conduct will be considered.

Notification Form

ADIF and ADIF Alta Velocidad (ADIF High Speed) have implemented a new online platform to formulate notifications and queries, raise doubts and / or file complaints related to the application of their Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as to report any possible breach or violation against ethics, regulations and the rules that govern both entities, accessible through the link here below.

This communication platform is available through the Xperta commercial application hosted on servers that comply with the highest cybersecurity standards in accordance with the provisions of the National Security Scheme, and which also comply with all the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

All communications made through the Ethics Channel management platform will be encrypted and confidential. Anonymous reports are also allowed, as it is not mandatory to identify yourself in the name field.  
However, if the sender wishes to be provided with information on the processing and resolution of their notification, they must provide an email address.

Please do not use the Ethics Channel to make notifications that are malicious, unfounded or that lack data supporting the investigation, processing and subsequent resolution of the reported alleged breaches.
