Administrator of Rail Infrastructures
The Railway Companies and other Applicants have the right to receive in a non-discriminatory manner the minimum basic services for access to the infrastructure, including access by rail to the facilities and the services provided therein.
In the Freight Transport Terminals, Adif, through its Logistics Services area, provides services in accordance with the provisions of Law 38/2015, of September 29, of the Railway Sector, and according to the Management model of each Terminal.
