At the request of the interested parties, Adif undertakes the administrative processes for granting the different authorisations required for actions within the railway public domain and in areas under the jurisdiction of the railway.
Proceedings for reducing the Area under Public Domain or the Building Boundary Line
Authorisation for building work or actions in areas under railway jurisdiction.
Proceedings for authorisations corresponding to building work, facilities and activities in these areas and granting the permit required to occupy, where applicable, the railway public domain (concurrent jurisdictions, administrative authorisations and licences).
Authorization for drone flights in the private UAS zone managed by Adif/Adif AV
Pursuant to Royal Decree 517/2024, operations with the UAS in the specific geographical area managed by ADIF/ADIF AV require a responsible declaration or express authorization from Adif/Adif AV.
