2024 NETWORK STATEMENT

The rates remain in force in 2024, as long as no others replacing these are published. 

In 2024, the fees in force in 2023 will continue to apply, in accordance with the First Transitional Provision of Law 26/2022, of December 19, which modifies Law 38/2015 on the Railway Sector. However, if the Regulation for determining railway fees, currently being processed, incorporates changes to said fees, these will be included in the Network Statement after their publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE).
 

2025 NETWORK STATEMENT

The amounts of railway charges are not included, since, in accordance with Article 100 of Law 38/2025 on the Railway Sector, it is established that the rates will be determined by the Railway Infrastructure Administrators, approving a Regulation adopted by its Board of Directors, which must be published in the Official State Gazette and incorporated into the Network Statement. 

2024 AND 2025 NETWORK STATEMENTS

Prices for the Provision of Basic, Supplementary and Auxiliary Services.-

Prices for some services have been updated.

In Chapter 2, page 65, in the action *Project to construct the railway tunnel in Gijón. Extension to Cabueñes. Civil works.

Where It says: Year 2024: Project Drafting/Works’ tender

It should read: Year 2024: Project Drafting 

• Update to: Section 5.8 Incentive System with the 2023 close of year information; data tables in Section 1.2.2. Key Figures; and Section 2.6.2 Update of assets, as of December 31, 2023. 
• Modifications to: annexes to the International Track Catalogs and the Electrical Self-Consumption Procedure.
• Appendix A, Service Timetable 2024-2025: the date of Definitive Allocation of National Capacity has been modified from 01/10/2024 to 15/10/2024, as has the date of the Train Announcement from 28/10/2024 to 01/11/2024. These deadlines are in accordance with that determined by FOM Order 897/2005.
• The Catalog of Temporary Capacity Restrictions has been updated, corresponding to the 2nd adjustment of TOC meetings.
• The RFIG maps have been updated with the latest changes that have occurred in the ADIF.

The Nominative Classification of Stations in force since January, 2024, included in Chapter 7, has been updated in accordance with Article 98.5 of the Railway Sector Act.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of ADIF held on November 28, 2023, after the mandatory consultation process, has approved the modification of the Network Declaration corresponding to the 2023-2024 Service Hours, among which the following stand out:

OTHER UPDATES
Annexes: In the corresponding Contract Models, new contractual models are included for the provision of auxiliary services SX-6 Commercial control prior to access to trains, SX-9, Management of lost objects and SX-12, provision of the Adif Acerca service to assist people with disabilities and/or reduced mobility when getting on and off trains.
Maps: these have also been updated with the changes made to the infrastructure.
Catalogs: All catalogs have been updated, including Temporary Capacity Restrictions. Similarly, a new catalog is included containing the Framework Capacity released, on a monthly basis, corresponding to the 2023-2024 Service Schedule. 

Annex 2 Stations with occasional assistance service for people with disabilities and/or reduced mobility has been updated to include the high-speed stations Callosa de Segura-Cox y se excluye la estación de Cuenca. Section 7.3.15

Publicada la Resolución de 23 de febrero de 2023, de la Dirección General de Planificación y Evaluación de la Red Ferroviaria, por la que se publica el Acuerdo del Consejo de Ministros de 21 de febrero de 2023, por el que se clausura el tramo ferroviario entre Tarancón y Utiel de la línea 03-310 Aranjuez-Valencia Fuente de San Luis.

Y publicadas las Ordenes TMA/147/2023, de 7 de febrero, por la que se modifica la denominación de varias estaciones ferroviarias del núcleo de cercanías de Barcelona y TMA/261/2023, de 14 de marzo, por la que se modifica la denominación de la estación de ferrocarril de «Fanjul». 

Asimismo, se han actualizado las tablas de datos del apartado 1.2.2- Grandes Cifras, el apartado 2.6.2 de actualización de activos, los anexos G e I, conforme la 1ª versión trimestral 2023 de Tramificación Común / Cirtra y la tabla de Clasificación Nominativa de las Estaciones en vigor desde 01/01/2023, incluida en el capítulo 7, de conformidad con las nuevas denominaciones.

The Railway Charges provided for in Articles 97 and 98 of Law 38/2015 of 29 September on the Railway Sector have been updated with the unit amounts established in the eighth transitory provision. The unit amounts of railway charges provided for in Article 86 of Law 31/2022 of 23 December on General State Budgets for 2023 have been temporarily modified (Chapters 5 and 7 of this document).

The amount of the Fee for the Use or Special Use of railway public assets is updated in accordance with Law 26/2022, of 19 December, which amends Article 93.6 of Law 38/2015, of 29 September, on the Railway Sector, Chapter 5 of this document.

The Nominative Classification of Stations in force since January, 2023, included in Chapter 7, has been updated in accordance with Article 98.5 of the Railway Sector Act.

According to the changes derived from the commissioning of the section between Beniel and Murcia that completes the high speed link to Murcia, the RFIG Maps have been updated.

Section 5.8 Incentive System has been updated with the total data for 2022; as well as the corresponding data tables in Section 1.2.2- Key Figures and Section 2.6.2 on updating assets, with the balance sheet for the year 2022. Annexes G and I have also been modified, in accordance with the 4th 2022 edition of Cirtra / Common Sectioning.
