2025 OEP

Adif y Adif Alta Velocidad (Adif AV) dan un nuevo impulso a su plan de relevo generacional estratégico con el lanzamiento de la convocatoria de Oferta de Empleo Público (OEP) de 2025, que permitirá la incorporación de 1.048 profesionales: 1.037 en Adif y 11 en Adif AV. 

Del total de plazas ofertadas en esta convocatoria, 764, lo que supone el 73% del total, corresponden a personal operativo. En la categoría de técnico se ofertan 68 plazas (6% del total) a técnicos y en la de cuadro técnico un total de 216 vacantes (21% del total).

La convocatoria incluye más de 30 perfiles profesionales, en ámbitos muy diversos. En lo que se refiere al personal operativo, engloba perfiles como los de montadores eléctricos de instalaciones, ayudantes ferroviarios, oficiales de telecomunicaciones, delineantes, administrativos o maquinistas, entre otros. Las categorías de técnico y cuadro técnico comprenden perfiles en los ámbitos jurídico, económico, diversas ingenierías, arquitectura, etc.

El plazo de presentación de solicitudes se inicia el 17 de julio y se prolongará hasta el 7 de agosto de 2025. Las bases se encuentran disponibles en los siguientes enlaces:

The launch of the call is part of the Pluriannual Employment Plan, with which Adif and Adif AV will incorporate more than 6,000 professionals in the period 2021-2025, who will replace 50% of the workforce, in the largest job offer in its history. So far, 5,577 professionals have already joined the two companies.

Positions for professional technicians with a degree or equivalent, and also with a Master's Degree.

• Legal: you will work to ensure that the applicable regulations are followed in all the fields that we work in.
• Economic: you will manage the treasury, operating and investment budgets and EU funding.
• Management: you will manage human, financial and material resources to ensure that the objectives are met.
• Communications: you will be managing the brand positioning of the company and promote its activities and professionals.
• Occupational Medicine: you will manage the health and safety programs and services at work.
• Marketing: you will develop the commercial policy and will contribute to boosting new business lines.
• Architecture: you will develop the basic and execution plans to transform our stations into strategic hubs for the mobility of the future.
• Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications and Computer Engineering: you will make the transformation of capacity in our infrastructures around the country a reality.
